About mr. clark

Daniel Clark is a professional artist and educator with over a decade of experience in both the animation industry and the classroom. He has contributed to feature films at Disney and Pixar, including Finding Dory, Frozen 2, Wish, and Moana 2, before turning his focus to building creative spaces for young artists.

As the founder of Mr. Clark’s Artspace, Daniel’s goal is to create a welcoming environment where students of all ages can explore traditional art techniques, develop their skills, and discover confidence through making. His teaching emphasizes process over perfection, encouraging curiosity and creativity in a supportive studio setting.

Daniel lives in Martinez with his family Patty, Carmencita (“Cita”) and Forrest. Family and community are at the heart of his work—he believes art is most powerful when it brings people together and helps them see the world in new ways.
